The Spring Carnival ‘11 of NBTC Group was conducted on the 29th of April, 2011 at the Corporate office premises in Shuaiba. Vinod Kumar, First Secretary of Indian Embassy was the Guest of Honour and inaugurated the event, in the presence of K. G. Abraham, Managing Director, Mohammed Al-Baddah, Chairman and other guests and officials of the Group. He also flew 11 Green balloons to mark the opening of the event and reiterating the commitment of the group for a Greener Earth.

Vinod Kumar in his inaugural address congratulated NBTC Management for their efforts in maintaining a good working atmosphere, especially the welfare activities for the employees including Group Life Insurance, Scholarship for children of employees, Family Benefit Scheme, etc.

He also distributed mementos and Gold coins for employees who had completed 10 years of service with the group and trophies and certificates for the winners of Sports meet.

The landmark event of NBTC Group featured traditional cuisines from the Middle East and Indian subcontinent and displayed the culinary capabilities of employees and their families. The event also featured dance performances by Jinu Anna Sabu, Anna Sara Zachariah, and Instrument music by Jeffy Sabu Alias.

The other highlights were the dance performances by various dance performances, tug of war, fancy dresses, games and orchestra also brought colours to the occasion.
