NBTC is committed to Safety, Health and Environmental protection. The NBTC SHE Manual  defines policies, procedures and safe work practices . The Employee's Hand book gives general  guidelines and information aimed at increasing awareness and thereby control losses.The  training manuals and safety bulletins serve as the main source of promoting a safety  culture.Successful training programs are conducted for Supervisory personnel on CPR & First  Aid,H2S Awareness,SCBA, ESCBA etc.Separate safety Induction programs are being conducted  for new recruits.Periodical safety audits ensure compliance with safe working practices for new  recruits.
